Responsibilities:
None The Human Resource Coordinator aids with and facilitates the day-to-day HR processes onsite at the business location.
This role provides administrative support to the human resource function as needed, including but not limited to:
incoming phone traffic, new hire onboarding, benefit enrollments, record-keeping, file maintenance, and HRIS entry.

Duties/
Responsibilities:
Performs customer service functions by answering phones, level one employee requests, and questions.
Facilitates new hire onboarding process.
Administers health and welfare plans, including enrollments, changes, and terminations.
Processes required documents through payroll and insurance providers to ensure accurate record-keeping and proper deductions.
Schedules meetings and interviews as requested by the director of HR.
Makes photocopies; mails, scans and emails documents; and performs other clerical and administrative functions.
Manages all employee files.
Assists and prepares correspondence as requested.
Processes HR related mail and correspondence.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Coordinate employee appreciation events.
Process payroll.
Required Skills/Abilities Willingness to learn! Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Working understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
Proficient with Microsoft Office.
Preferred experience with payroll processing - ADP knowledge is a plus.
Education/
Experience:
Degree in human resources or related field, and/or 2
years equivalent experience preferred.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
Walking through / onsite at manufacturing facility periodically required.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
